Do I need to pay for the chimes and wraps?
100% free. All chimes and wraps are free forever. If you'd like to support the project, donations are welcome but optional.
How do I use the custom lock chime?
Open the "Lock Chime" page, pick a sound you like, download it, and follow the guide to copy it to your Tesla via USB.
Does this work on all Tesla models?
Yes — Model 3, Model Y, Model S, Model X and Cybertruck are all supported.
What if the setup doesn't work in the car?
For chimes: make sure the filename is LockChime.wav and the file is under 1MB. For wraps: the folder must be named 'Wraps' (case-sensitive) at the USB root.
Which models support the wraps feature?
Wraps require the 2024 Holiday Update or later. Supported on Model 3, Model Y, Model S, Model X and Cybertruck.
How should the wraps folder be named?
Create a folder named exactly 'Wraps' at the USB root. The folder name is case-sensitive.
